Termite Management Plans

Termiticide perimeter treatments are the most popular choice of treatment, these vary from non repellent to repellent and will stay active in the soil from between 5 to 10 years depending on product.  An annual inspection is required to ensure no breach or bridge.

What does non repellent mean?

Termites are unable to detect the product in the soil, which means as they continue to forage through the soil they unknowingly come into contact with the product.

What does repellent mean?

Termites are able to detect the product so will repel away from any treated zone

Reticulation systems

We are certified installers of  the Altis Reticulation System.

Altis is a patented Reticulation System designed to effectively treat the area under concrete slabs, for protection against infestation by subterranean termites and around the external perimeter of structures to prevent termites from entering from the outside of a building.

The Altis System is unlike any other system, which uses pipes that have been perforated. The Altis system uses flexible unperforated pipes, which have emitters fabricated into the pipe. These emitters distribute chemical evenly at a measured rate to the entire system.
